No contact on Ebay

Does anyone know how to report a seller on Ebay. I won an item last Wednesday and despite sending him Emails he just hasn't got back. I've not paid any money yet as it was cash on collection. He has a zero rating so thought it was a bit dodgy at first.

im led to believe that under english law, the seller is actually under no obligation to sell anyway. Could be an old wives tale though. So at best you can get ebay to bollok him. Myself, id just threaten negative feedback to motivate him, then write it off if he doesnt get back. Its not like you lost money or had a buyer drop out on you.

No your right but I'd just like Ebay to know then I can move on and buy another without the bloke coming back in a week or summat with some excuse and then moaning and giving me neg. feedback.

I think Fleabay will just advise you that you have not waited long enough, and to give the bloke a chance, Dosnt help you I know but Thats what I got off them, The report person thing dosnt really have any effect untill about 30 days.
Try the help thing on there,

Steve.

I had a problem recently where I sold an item, waited 2 1/2 weeks for payment but nothing, no contact at all. I sold the item again and neg'd the other buyer. Last week I got a neg myself for not waiting whilst her internet was repaired! You can't win!

there is a disbute button on there,
had this b4 were you win item and the seller just disapears or ignores you.

just last week i had problem because the item i bid on wasnt in stock, i complained that it shouldn't be listed if not stocked and they left me neg feedback?

Pull their contact details and give 'em a ring, it's amazing how helpful they can be when they get a phone call out of the blue. Reminds 'em that behind every ebay ID there's a real-live person
