1st the warning.........
If you are selling something on ebay and you get a call too view from a mobile DO NOT give them the location of the item, ask them too give you a land
line number and call them back with the info, or arrange too meet them say a mile away and let them follow you back.
Please please DO NOT give out the location.
The good news...........
As a lot of you are aware I had a trailer stolen on Saturday night, well the dick head that called me Saturday too "view it Sunday" was the
prime suspect as he never turned up and his big mistake was not too conceal is phone number when he called me. He called from a mobile so I didnt hold
much hope out but in the end this was is downfall and the trailer is now in a secure compound waiting for me to formally identify it and collect.
And now the thanks.........
Several on here gave me info and ideas and one person took the trouble too call me and offer assistance tracing the number, when I told the person the
number he gave me a bit of uplifting news, the phone number was of value, bit like a cherished number plate so was most likely on contract rather than
pay as you go and therefore traceable.
It was, they did, they collared the B@5T@@D, so a very very BIG thank you too all who helped, you know who you are, thank you.
Finally, on the flip side if your an ebay prowling thief conceal your number 1st.
Great news Jon, and to be honest a real suprise that your getting it back, stuff like that usually dissapears into the ether, even when they catch the
culprit. Luckily for you he must be the worlds worst theiving scumbag. Result

Welldone Jon. You must be one lucky bloke to get it back.
Good news, well done that man !
Good on you Jon. I trust that you might still have the toerags name and address. Plod would like you to forget the name and address.
My only comment is that revenge is a desert BEST served cold.
But nobody on this forum would EVER consider going into the revenge market.
