Though of course it isn't free.

It is becoming more and more difficult to hack your way through a legit download to work permanantly.

Yeh- but there's a trial version valid for 30 days.... And many DVD-RWs come with free copies anyway....

Do a search on DVD43 (say it out loud) for a very useful bit of freeware that helps with 'difficult' original disks....

Clone DVD and AnyDVD (by Slysoft) are the bolloxs, used them for a couple of years, never fail and VERY easy to use.

You have to pay for them, but it's quite cheap and worth every penny (and that's from somebody who never usualy pays for any software!). Always gets rid of any copy protection and trailers etc .... just leaves you with the film and the menu.
