Paypal question ?
Jon Ison - 5/3/07 at 03:18 PM

We have paid for lots of things via paypal with no problems......

Now the numpty question.

If someone wants too pay us via paypal what do we do ?
Does the money just appear in our account or do we have too request it ?

Sorry for the numptyness of the question but if someone could take a few minutes too explain I would be eternally grateful.

Also say someone wanted too buy something out of auction ? Not that I would do such a thing How do I send them an invoice or how do they get a paypal payment too us, do I just give them our account name ? Account email address ?

Thanks in advance, numpty from Derbyshire.

If you are a premier member then the money will just appear in your account as balance.

You can log in to paypal, then click 'request money' and send an invoice to the buyer. All you need is their email address.

It's worringly easy to send money this way.
I've always thought just one little mistake in the e-mail address you're sending your money to and you'll make someone else's day!
Having said that I've never had any prob so don't let me put you off

I got two payments of £30 minus charges because the lad who sent me one thought it wasn't working so he clicked it again, I now know how to do a refund
