PC playing up
Thinking about it - 26/3/07 at 07:46 AM

I know it's a forum for cars. But you need the PC to get all the car building info.

My problem is:
When opening Google, as soon as it opens the search field fills with"+" signs. It does the same when I click on reply in outlook express at the top of the mail.
Have run spybot and antivirus.
Any PC gurus out there?

Try emptying the Temporary Internet folder first... then clear all private data.

Download Firefox (to use as your favourite browser) and install.

Download Thunderbird (to use as your default email program) and install.

Virii and bugs such as this (if it is one) are written specifically for Microshaft Programs... hope you sort it soon!

Does it do the same when you open notepad?

Possibly your + key is stuck down, try hitting it a few times.
