Is this a paypal scam?

Just got this email. I reckon its a scam by the weird website address it wants me to open up but would welcome your confirmation please.

"Dear PayPal customer!

As part of our security measures, we regularly screen activity in the PayPal system. We recently contacted you after noticing an issue on your account.We requested information from you for the following reason:

We recently received a report of unauthorized credit card use associated with this account. As a precaution, we have limited access to your PayPal account in order to protect against future unauthorized transactions.You can check your transaction details here:

If, after reviewing your transaction information, you seek further clarification regarding your account access, please contact PayPal by visiting the Help Center and clicking "Contact Us".

You would have thought they would know
your name rather than address you as PayPal customer.

That webist is all in Koean.

You should still be able to see you paypal account or credit card accoutns to see dubious trasnacitons.

Almost certainly a scam - UNDER NO CIRCUMSTATNCVE EVER GIVE AWAY YOUR PASSWORD/PIN to any unsolicted e-mails or phone callers.

Yep, a blatant attempt to rip ya off marra.

Report it to paypal as you would to ebay.

I liked the screensaver that did DOS attacks on spamming or phishing computers... Annoyingly it was deemed illegal and Lycos withdrew it!!

same things from barclays, ebay, paypal, 1st direct, various other banks, building societys etc etc. if they dont have your name and relate to something a little vague or ask you to click a link etc, DELETE AND IGNORE, ADD TO SPAM FILTER ETC, or next thing you know you will have an empty account and huge depts a week later!!!!
