Im looking for a keyless running system for our freezer vans so that in the hot weather, we can keep them below -18 while we are delivering. A bit
like this.
As you can see they dont show a price. Does anyone know where else i can find one? I've been looking for about an hour and now i have to do some
work so cant keep looking.

Easiest answer to this problem (but not necessarily the cheapest) is to have a Clifford Alarm installed with the "intellistart" option (in
fact I think you can buy the "intellistart" separately without an alarm at all).
It would then be installed by a certified technician, you'd have the peace of mind of thatcham approved security, anti hijacking, remote engine
start, turbo timer, battery low self start, outisde temp low self start (for siberian winters) AND FINALLY...
..."Quick stop" (whereby you can leave the engine running, lock the vehicle etc. etc.)

Try doing a search for runlock or run lock, that's what the systems on our vehicles is known as.

Bear in mind that it's illegal to leave a vehicle with the engine running. The police etc have these systems but they may hve special allowances
to use them (or it may be ok because they have built-in safeguards such as the engine cutting as soon as the clutch or handbrake are moved).

Re the Clifford alarm idea-Don't!
My experience of them is that they are totally crap, unreliable and affected by all sorts of external interference such as telecoms transmitters and
even microwave ovens!
Did you find a keyless running system.
Maple Fleet services go one better I think. You can't forget to set this one.
