blimey that's one ugly mother!!!

Nice location btw O/P!!!!
Say hi to Samui International Hospital for me!!!
I left a fair bit of the skin on my arm smeared over the road to Chaeweng...... Blooming motorbikes.... Oh well, teach me not to be a silly f@cker and ride them too fast over blind corners at the top of hills (after a storm so loads of sand all over the road) without a crash helmet after too many rum, coke + red bulls
Schoolboy error!!!!

James - 20/4/07 at 04:36 PM

Looks like a smaller Hummer to me.

ned - 20/4/07 at 04:50 PM

looks like it'll need a couple of nut covers to get it through sva!!

stevec - 20/4/07 at 05:59 PM

Everytime I see something like that it makes me realise how lucky it was that my teenage son stepped into the road inf ront of a Ford Escort, Went 10 feet in the air but got away with it.

I wonder how much those tyres cost.

blakep82 - 20/4/07 at 06:34 PM

looks good for off roading.

perhaps better than a proper land rover.

MkIndy7 - 20/4/07 at 07:29 PM

I've seen 1 of those in North Leeds, Adel area and it was massive, bloody hideous and Sooooooooo SLOW!

Mr Whippy - 20/4/07 at 11:22 PM

yeah but this is no hummer, its a plastic kit for range rover mechanics, very sad

akumabito - 21/4/07 at 05:48 AM

It's an all-metal kit, actually. Good old-fashioned steel. And there's no Range Rover bit on it. It's based on a Nissan Patrol. If you order the 'proper' Australian version, it comes with a Chevy V8 (280 or 350 Hp) engine and a custom-made chassis.

Only the watered down British version keeps stock Nissan engine and chassis so it doesn't have to pass SVA. (making it slow as fuck.)

Also: it's in fact larger than the Hummer!

I want one! (my daily driver is a little 110cc scooter btw, and I'm quite happy with it, so forget about the 'compensation' remarks )

RoadkillUK - 21/4/07 at 11:13 AM

Imagine getting hit by that thing, it'd chew you up, you'd come out the back like you'd been through a 'wood chipper'
