I was just thinking the same... full cage... is it that much heavier?
On the other hand, how likely is a similar accident on the road? They probably touched wheels.
Nevertheless, I am starting to toy with the idea of a full cage...
AFAIK This is when they started advocating loops to keep your hands on the steering wheel in an accident as he broke his arm as it came out the side
of the cage.

) It's high up so not ideal, but how much is it worth not to spend your last
years in a chair getting fed and changed by some mullet faced minimum wager. now i want a roll cage
That shows why I dont care about the comments that my roll hoop looks Too Tall.
Accuratly measured and fitted by mnr ( fully welded and braced ) taking into account of the contact points ( front of chassis and roll hoop ) my nogin
should still be reasnobally safe.
Oh my MNR has side protection as well. in the words of marc its only a matter of time till I spin it !!!
Ps any one know any details on this one ? Nasty hope he was OK
nasty crash

I shouldn't have watched that video Agriv8...
Very bad looking crash and the comments some people posted on youtube are just plain pathetic...
Indeed why were they racing in those conditions?
