For a comparison, we took the Special to Santa Pod and we managed 13.2 seconds from a standing start over the quarter mile. Our speed over the finish was a shade under 100mph. Although this was with our old n/a Cosworth engine it was still producing in excess of 200bhp. So in answer to your question, 11 secs is quick to 104mph and a standard quarter.

Yep, thats quick. Electric motors are great for acceleration as you get a constant torque output all the time regardless of revs. You can also make a huge amount of power, from a relatively small motor too.

Looks like a modified Atom to me anyway.
