My kids are getting inpatient now to go fishing again , does any one know when the fishing season starts again.

16th of June for rivers and some canals. Still water and some canals don't have a closed season anymore.

Started fishing again a few weeks ago after a ten year break, what with work being slow and boredom setting in.
No close season now on my local waters and loving it!
Hit a shoal of bream last week, and must of had 50-60lb out in an afternoon, none smaller than 3 lb.
Was fantastic, bites as soon as the bait settled
