hello all

here are a couple of snaps of the car taken outside today.

nearly ready for sva now i reckon maybe a few weeks away.




a bit of reassurance is needed to get dad in the car!


mirror, signal, minuvour.........


just checking silencer clearance but everything is ok


big smiles on the return of our little spin around the block, dad was very impressed!

The only thing with those, the rollover hoop - I mean what's the point? it certainly won't protect the driver in a roll never mind the unfortunate passenger.

Anyway nice looking build and excellent choice of engine

Will it pass SVA with that roll (not) bar on safety issues ???

There is no legal requirement for a roll hoop.

The whole thing is a Dax

And for sminney, ISTR the silencer came from Car Builder Solutions.

Lookign good though. I assume the clutch is now sorted? As said, I never have seen the point of the Dax roll bar, but it's your head.....
