My ar*e of a neighbor is sticking in a stereo in his car this afternoon. He is having to use a hammer drill to do the speaker panels in the doors..The
drill bits are squealing as well and he has stuffed the jigsaw..theres much cussing and swearing....Best of allhe is less than twenty feet from a
proper workshop with the proper tools...serves him right for being a total idiot towards us since we moved in. He throws eggs over when you mow the
lawn and calls the police for us riding the quad in the street despite having sold it two years ago!!! Cops had a word with him after we showed the
receipt to them.
I just ignore them and let them threaten to do this and that to us when we are doing the front garden......
So its true its nice to be nice and it will come back to help you....
Just wait till my illegal racing car gets started........
We get on with everyone else in our crescent so why not these cretins 
send the local erbs round to remove said stereo

Just wait until he's done and then go out and offer him a hand or leave your garage/workshop door nice and wide open to reveal the hidden gems!

Next time you mow the lawn, take a box of eggs out with you and when he throws them over to you throw some of yours back.
He will probably think they are the same ones he was throwing at you

You could try really messing with his head. Every time an egg comes over, strike up an arc with the MIG to make a flash and some noise, and then chuck
a live chicken back over. Hopefully he'll run away screaming after a couple of chickens return from the 'time portal' next door
DONT show him your gems in the garage... you dont want a break in and loose all your tools.
Just carry on ignoring them. It winds them up more if they cant get you going.
Its a pity you live so far away... Summer is here, Its BBQ time... You should have a BBQ for all your locoster mates. plenty of 7's in the
street, especially BEC's
Cheap BBQ.... get everyone bring their own food.. just provide the usual 40 gallon oil drum cut in half with a few logs burning in it.
