Back-up on your PC, then upload to new Moby. Most Nokia software will allow this, providing it's a Nokia (I assume!).

Get a SIM Card Reader that is specifically designed for the job.

But not all the numbers are on the sim card as far as I know, some are on the phone it self?

Most phones store the numbers in the phone by default these days, not on the SIM. If you've got anything fancy like multiple numbers for a contact or email addresses then they're definitely on the phone.

Have you got a USB lead for the phone so you can connect to PC? What phone is it?

One phone I had (think it was a nokia) let you transfer the whole contact list to another phone in one go by Bluetooth.
