You sure it's Paypal you're dealing with??? Sounds very strange???
They don't want you to fax the passport to a number in Nigeria do you?
And just to add to there incompetence below is a paste n copy of what they want.........
7 Jul. 2007 Validate your Account Information Waiting for your response
And when you click on "resolve" guess what ??? The address is already validated, "you cannot validate an address that is already
validated" ???
And that's it, if you dont pick phone up to ask wtf is going on your left staring at a screen that says you've done all that's required
????
Oh and as stated above, send an email you get an automated garble response.
apologies for rand #2.

So they won't accept a bill in joint names and it has be one solely in her name?? That's seriously JZ!!! If only there was an ombudsman...
I had the same nickpicking bullshit the other day with my mortgage company. Luckily in that case I could "offer" to refer them to various
ombudsmen- that quickly did the trick...
The trouble is they have a monopoly so why would they care about customer services...... Ahem....
Just set up another account with a different payment method i.e. bank cash card. As long as it is not on an existing account it should work. Once done
delete credit cards from old account and put them on new account, you may need to delete he old account altogether before you put cards on new
account.
