Ferrari spend millions of euro's developing beautiful looking cars.

So why do they put the wheels off the 'Knight Rider' car on their F1 cars.

No wonder Raikonnen always looks like his dog has just got run over.

its all about the aerodynamics

MikeR - 22/7/07 at 01:48 PM

it sucks the air from the brakes and feeds it under the body to allow the under floor dynamics to get more air / work more effectively

blakep82 - 22/7/07 at 01:50 PM

does it? its much more sophisticated than i though!

I thought it just stopped air from gathering in the wheel rim, a bit like a parachute effect

well they look cack, and they fall off, apparently.
