Hmm.. yeh, right here's my details..not.
Don't even bank with'em anyway.
So, what's the most.....suitable...way to reply (via a hotmail I'll set up) ?
Best off just ignored or notify the bank if you have an account there. I've been getting ebay phishing emails at an alarming rate since last Friday to an account I don't have registered with them so I know they are spoof. I've had as many as 3 on the same day to the same account so they must need some holiday money.
I just got a lloyds tsb one.
Deleted or forward to the bank.
If you're desperate then here's some ideas:

Most banks have an email address you can send these to. Hopefully they shut them down quickly.
From the RBS website:
"If you suspect a phishing attack, call us at 0845 600 8212 or forward the suspect e-mail to digitalbanking@rbs.co.uk"

this is the most stupid part of the message "If you are not user of Royal Bank of Scotland Group please disregard this notice! "
how can the bank have a mail adress wich isn't of a client???
sow stupid!
Tks
i leave all sorts of rude messages about their mother, as my username and/or password.
damn internet phishing
i work for the wonderful RBS, and it probably is from them. they'll always try to scam you, and don't i knows it! awfful place. i'd never have any RBS accounts, mortgages, or loans
