Anybody know of any farms or the like in leicestershire, pref around the Hinckley area, with a decent weatherproof barn or building that they would consider renting out?

My brother and I are considering getting some sort of premises as we are rapidly outgrowing my garage and storage space, and I can see neighbourly discontent becoming an issue!

City based or industrial estate based premises are megabucks, we are just after somewhere with 3 phase power and a waterproof building, with a decent amount of outdoors storage space.

There is a farm with units between shilton and Bulkington just after / before the M69 motorway bridge. There are also proper industrial units the other side of the bridge.

Check out the Great Central Railway, they might have some spare space and would be a friendly landlord!
