Does anyone on here know of a decent 3D design program for houses that is fairly straightforward to use but gives decent results?...


I want to make a couple of 3D models and then run rendered 'walkthrough' videos of them...Like you see on grand designs and the like...

Anyone familiar with any house CAD sofware?


Im fairly proffisent at a couple of normal engineering CAD programs, so im sure the principles of a complex house design program will be similar..

Sketchup i think does all you require.

Ive never used sketchup, but I know its what my sister (interior designer) uses. Looks pretty straight forward if youre used to CAD type programs.
