Pressure Washer Hose
RazMan - 22/8/07 at 08:10 AM

I tend to use my pressure washer quite a bit to keep the cars clean, but the extended hose is a real pain as it keeps tangling round itself - I seem to spend more time untangling the hose than actually using the pressure washer.

Is there a solution? Maybe a flexible hose on a reel?

Bucket and Spounge works every time for me.

What about a swivel type connector you can get for air lines? Don't know if there is one for pressure washers though.

By the time you've got the pressure washer out, got the extension reel ready, got the hose pipe connected etc you're already half done with a bucket and sponge

Ah but that's my point really
I have my pressure washer mounted on the wall next to my garage door with water and power quickly connected - its just untangling the hose that takes the time.

Bucket & sponge ?? I won't let a sponge near my car as they cause small scratches - the power of water is all I need.

you can get pressure washer hoses on a reel - we have recently bought them for one of our depots in newcastle, but they are silly money - I think it was £300 for two - admittedly they are industrial stregth - but defo not a locost option.
