I just want to say a big thanks t PaulF for coming over this afternoon and helping me sort out my speedo!

Bottom line was, I'm a bit silly and broke the sensor I had, and Paul has managed to sort me out with a way to make the speedo work.

and in the process of trying the new sensor apparently my alternator can do 40mph, while the crankshaft was doing 160mph

again a big thanks Paul.

are you eh resitor for the speedo healer man? how did you manage to break the sensor?

wires the wrong way round, it was still sending a signal but i's knarcered the resistance thingy? so wasn't registering in the speedo. new sensor is working a treat
