7 series numbers are usually mobile phones.
07045 doesn't seem to be listed.

Seems a bit dodgy to me.

As Avoneer says contact them another way.

Its been documented before, I think you'll find they require you to pay the £1000 bank transfer charge before the funds are released... lol
