It would seem only fair and logical that they should now fine themselves $100M * (number of F1 teams - 2)

Fining yourself.... could be an interesting tax dodge!

You could write the expenses (the fine) off against tax. Thus making yourself the value of the tax on the fine as profit.

Sounds crazy doesn't it..... well, it's basically what IBM did some years ago for a few hundred million IIRC.

With these technical documents now readily available, I eagerly await the McSorley Ferrari FW2007 plans.

The fact that Max son of Black Shirt realises that the outside world sees it as a witch hunt only appears to have goaded him into full Spanish Inquisition mode.
I am reminded of the film Brazil where victims get billed for being tortured.

I would love to be in the crowd when Ferrari pick-up the constructors trophy --- the best trophy lawyers can win.

Reading it makes for interesting questions

(1) Why photocopy documents you already had on CD
(2) Why did Stepney keep sending Emails when requested not to.

I smell a frame up, perhaps a honey trap that went wrong.

It seems yet again that the red cars have spat the dummy out again because they are very bad loosers
