hi folks

about 2 months ago i bid and won an item on eblag i got the item quite cheep but fairly i paid straight away

a cpl of days later i got a message from the seller saying the item had been damaged and he refunded my money
fair enough

buty just looking for parts for my other car and low and behold they have reappered same seller and i know there the same item as there was a distinctive fault with them and these have the same fault

so obviously hes pulled a fast one because he didnt get what he wanted for them

so being a little annoyed about this how can i inconvenience him if i send him any messages he will just ignore them if i report him to eblag will they care
so any suggestions folks

Report him to ebay as it is him who has broken the rules.

I'd also try messaging people that bid on his stuff to let them know.

Confused but excited. - 25/9/07 at 10:26 PM

I've had the same thing, but they withdrew the item as "there was an error in the description".
Report the maggot.

Having a second ebay account would work in your favour...

I'm all for reporting him but doubt much will happen - if you had a second account that you didn't care about - win it with that one and don't pay - keep fobbing him off with payment aswell to annoy him more!

Can one of us ask him a question:

Is this the same one you were selling a couple of months ago?

Pat ;-)

Ebay will do nothing, I had a similar thing.
Won a Item. Idiot tells me that he had sold it already and forgot it was on ebay.
I Reported it.
ebay sends me a email saying they will look into it.(bulls*it).
And suggested I left a negative feedback. Oh yeh and then the twat will leave me one ruining my 340 100% feedback.
ebay are nobs, but 99% of the time it works.
Steve,
