renting a lock up

Anybody know of any garages or lock ups to rent in the Cheltenham,Tewkesbury area, or possibly farms that have storage space to build a car.

I got my garage through the local council. It's about £7 per week.
Be warned though, my council imposes rules about what you can or can't do in the garage. Basic maintenance to keep a car on the road is allowed,
construction isn't !
But, from talking to others this isn't always the case so check with your council before you get it.
I can't believe that Cheltenham council is particularly liberal tho! 
Also, not sure if I'd want £8k worth of GT1 in one either as security isn't a prime factor in their contruction!
