Daily Driver (Vauxhall Omega C) Key Programming
Rek - 10/10/07 at 06:11 PM

Sorry in advance for the waffling question.

My Omega must have heard me talk about changing it because it wouldnt start. Symptoms: Turning over and the Spanner Light flashing. (Direct Line got someone there in 10 Minutes-wow) thought it was the Cam Sensor...

Anyway he towed it home and I thought Id just give it one more go and picked up the wife's keys and bingo it started... So Im guessing it must be a transponder thing.. Question is are they reprogrammable?? And if so how?

BTW My key fob locks and unlocks the car ok just wont start it..
