I have a Xerox and it's the best screen i have ever had!!!!
I'm using an HP W20 wide screen - really good
Tip
With LCD monitors it is best to set the graphics setting to the monitors "native" dpi setting if you go above or below this fonts get harder
to read.
clicky

Ive got an NEC MultiSync LCD20WGX2 20.1" Widescreen. Very nice monitor. it is about your max budget price though
My youngest just got a 19" LCD monitor for £65 from the computer fair. Works great.
I have just asked him to get me one.
