Trying to remember the monkeys in the tree quote someone has as their signature- the one about looking up and seeing arseholes

Can anyone enlighten me?

A company is like a tree full of monkeys.

The ones at the top look down and see lots of smiling faces.

The ones at the bottom look up and see a bunch of arseholes...
