So who's yellow ST was parked 2day at the Birmingham Women's Hospital? (Now that really begs a question!)
And, more importantly, how come he(/she?) was apparently driving without any front wings fitted?
How did you avoid our local traffic cops etc.?
Apart from the front wings missing, it looked to be a well-finished car; possibly fitted with a bike engine?
