sorry, WHAT?

wristwatches are wristwatches

Am I having a mad half hour or are you just trying to confuse me?!

A left handed watch has the winder on the other side.

Or how about a left handed clock?

Available here or do a google search like i did

vinny1275 - 7/11/07 at 04:02 PM

presumably a left-handed watch is an analogue watch with the winder on the left-hand side, so it can be worn on the right wrist?

Sure there is a lefthanded shop out there, type 'left handed gifts into Google, lots on there.....

Im left handed and didnt even know such a thing existed. All this time I have been causing myself extra hassle with an incorrect watch!

I'm right handed, but have always worn my watch on my right hand.

Never new left handed watches existed!

Stu

ok fair enough, I wasn't aware that such things existed!

Although I thought only "very nice boys" wear their watch on their right hand?

U-boat is a brand which sells them. Not everyone's taste.

There was a guy on here who had a website selling left handed stuff - can't think who it was though!

What about one of the digital watches with an analogue style LCD face? No winder to worry about then

Being a Lefty, I'd love to see you try putting your watch on your other hand .

Just give it a quick go and see how poor you co-ordination is with your weaker hand tring yo do the strap up etc. I have seen some people do it quite easy but I certainly can't.

Try here

There's also a lefty shop in Soho, Lundun on Berwick St I think.

Sorry, nope, not a problem, although I do now feel remarkably silly with my watch on the wrong arm.

Benzine - 7/11/07 at 10:23 PM

Ned should be able to sell you one, he runs a left handed shop

Macbeast - 7/11/07 at 10:54 PM

Generally, you take your watch off to wind it, so what's the problem ?

speedyxjs - 8/11/07 at 08:08 AM

I suggested a digital watch but he's not keen on new fangled technology
