title says it all....
was looking so good all year, mainly cos ferrari was doing crap. then it rains. effectively a whole season wasted.
Seems ridiculous to have all that technology and investment , when it can all be wrecked by not having the right round black rubber things on each
corner, perhaps they should let the tyre companies bid for title sponsorship , and then let everyone have the same choice of tyres........

I think anything that a normal person could imagine driving (whether thats an e-type, a touring car, a bike, a banger racer, etc) is a better
spectacle.
I'm not at all a fan of the unparallel square jawed crout and Ferrari, (and think Ross Braun is a tw@), especially after the dirty tricks last
year, but he is probably the best in the world. Yesterdays race showed it - determination, luck, etc. He just plugs away and is the fastest round the
track.
So, although it will be a shame if he wins, he'll deserve it this year. And at least its been close all season!
And we have still got one race left to decide - you never know! Perhaps a back marker will accidently take him out.
Come on Kimi!!

Or a considerate team mate, possibly a scotsman?! being careful to avoid red flags of course, biased marshals would have them out in no time so
he'd win anyway. at least suzuka should be fair marshals anyway.
at least kimi has showed lots of potential in a car that is, to be honest, not powerful enough. i'm sick of saying 'theres always next
year'!
and why the hell cant michelin sort out a decent intermediate tyre? after the rule change they had new tyres tested in two weeks.
Me and the wife found the GP last night one of the best ones coz of the rain and the dodgy tyres. Makes my locost look stable!
I think they should make everyone use part worn russian remoulds and sprinkle rain on half of the track.
Lets be honest, we all like to watch a bit of a spin (as long as there no real injury of course), so all the changes and approx 4 pitstopseach made it
good viewing!
They picked on him for taking a Ferrari off. I think he must have shot an albatros or something to have that much bad luck. I think the Superbikes is
more entertaining and based on available technology but I like watching the MotoGP to see what Rossi is going to come up with next.
yours, Pete.
The Goodwood Revival was absolutely brilliant.
I watched it last night as well. I think it was Motors.TV that I saw it on, 9pm - midnight.
Those Ferrari's were amazing going round the corners doing 4 wheel drifts.
One of them wasn't afraid to make contact either and damaged two other classics, another Ferrari and a GT40.
I watched the Touring cars on Sturday and that gets more like Demolision Derby every year. I thought it was supposed to be a non contact sport?

I would say it was Ferrari who have had the bad deal with tyres this year. They struggled for the second half of the season with an inferior package
caused mainly by the Bridgestone tyres. So if the rain evened things out yesterday then good. If Ferrari were on Michelin tyres the championship would
have been decided some time ago. However, all this has made it the best season for years. And as far as a 'considerate team mate, possibly a
Scotsman' helping out goes, I don't think the square jawed one could take the pressure and get it right anyway
Steve
He's a GREAT driver , but a CRAP sportsman...............................IMHO.

I quite like schumacher as a bloke, he is at least fairly modest and honest, and seems to have given up cheating (ramming people and benettons air
flow sensors/ hidden traciton control?!?). Just cant stand one person having so much reliability and wins.
I think MS should make a move to a lower order team, not like villeneuve expecting to start winning, just to make it more exciting.
shame montoyas out of contention, would've been almost as pleased if he won as i would've been if Kimi wins. which he wont.
and mainly i dislike ferrari cos so many fools/glory-seekers support them, not that that is their fault but thats the way it is. nearly all celebs in
the pit lane support them.
DC has gone from consistently consistant to consistantly slow. maybe the helmet is too tight?
I don't consider myself to be a butt licker and if I support a Ferrari driver then it's because of the history behind the company. Maybe other fools/glory seekers like the red colour. Also I want Schumacher to win because in the complete absence of any Brits to support I want to see the best driver win. Now after the race that Montoya had, unlucky or not, he doesn't seem to come close to MS when put under pressure. I think Kimi has done very well in a slower car and has shown DC up all season but MS deserves the title this year.
