outside this morning at 6.30 ready to go gym. started car left running whilst i started to di ice the windows with the scrapper.
car then decides to lock it self, me outside with a scrapper in tracksuit bottoms. all my keys inside the car, with the car running.
so phoned my mum to come down with my spare house key so i could get my spare car key. had to wait around for 35min before mum appeared.
so went gym and went into sauna to warm up.
anyone else had a bad start to the day.

I can better that, although it was at the end of the day.
I had been working on my chassis in a mates barn about 20miles from home. Time to go home (12.30am) so started the car and put the lights on to see
whilst locking up. Car alarm had an antihijack that locked you in after 30 sec. You guessed it - didn't take me 30 secs to start he car and put
the lights on. I'm locked out of my car whilst it's running. Had to get swmbo of the time out of bed and drive 20miles to me with the spare
keyfob whilst I waited in the cold - 50 mins or so. Only bright side was the car and heater was nice and warm on the journey back home!

i reported my car stolen once in leicester then realised i was in the wrong car park
Did something similar to my Ma's car a long long time ago (was prob about 13-15Yr old)!
Started her brand new Ford Orion in spite of the fact that the locks were so frozen that once open they locked themselves again!
Ran to the AA Guy's house about 8 doors down the road to be told to "**** off it's christmas and you aren't my boss so I
don't have to do **** all" !!!!!!!
So my dad came to the rescue with a potato up the tailpipe idea, so I set to with a large mallet and managed to stop the car eventually!!!
I'll never join the AA because of that guy...

At least you can't lock yourself out of a locost!
GF did a good one at weekend, went into lock up with up and over door that has an additional bolt at the bottom without securing bolt. She didn't
pull door all the way up so it came back down with a bang that dropped the bolt back in the socket! Didn't take me long to realise what happened
but got a good 5 minute wind up out of it!

Arrived at work,
Yard broken into,
800L of diesel nicked
£2000 pressure washer ripped out of its shed and locks cut and dragged off through the hedge.
Not a good start
Got a really busy day at work today - and I slept in by more than half an hour
the worst bit is I slept in cause I was up half the night tring to fix the boss's PC (which is still broken)
but now I've read the above I feel much better

My bad start was Sunday
Off Friday, did the first ever 100 miles in my MK around Lincolnshire
Out Saturday did another 110 miles
Out Sunday, same bend I'de been around at least five times the previous two days, slow 90 degree bend, spun it and disapeared down one of
Lincolnshires infamous deep dikes. Yoko A063's don't work well on wet roads.
Fortunately was down to probably less than 5 MPH when I left the tarmac, went in at 90 degrees to the tarmac and as a consequence except to filling
the nose cone with some incredibly horrible mud, no damage except to my nerves.
Four wheel drive pulled me out, gentle drive home, put the car to bed and one large drink later everything was fine.
Saturday job, power wash the mud out and try to stay out of dykes, but well it was great fun to drive
worst morning ever
woke up to a phone call from my dad this morning to be told ive been caught speeding
74 in a 60 on a overtaking lane
60 quid fine and 3 points
as if my insurance wasnt high enough
f**kin b**tards
worst part is that it was my last drive in the seven as i was taking it home to put in the garage for the summer
