Hi, i have received the extractor. But a couple of things i am not happy with. Firstly i have received a white one where as that is not what i
ordered. And you mention superficial damage that cannot be seen where as this one has black marks along the front and a lot of the "WHITE"
vener ( or what ever it is) across the front is peeled off. I am sorry but i am not happy with this item at all. Can you please arrange for a
replacement or to have it collected and a refund sent to me. Thank you.

We will be very happy for you to return the hood at your cost and will then give a full refund.
Alternatively you could peel off the white protective film to reveal a stainless hood, this film is placed on the stainless steel during manufacture
to prevent damage as stated in the listing.
