What is it with some ebay bidders ?

Had my eye on an used accusump, its just gone up to £102.... so decided on a brand new one, mounting brackets, electric valve instead of manual, £140 ish.

Where from, ebay ?

hehe - some people either dont look at new prices before they bid or just get "ebay rage" and wont be beaten to it!!

I see its still got almost 2 days to go yet - and bidder 3 definately seems to have a case of "i must have the top bid" - something like 20 bids till he was top!! I just hope it wasnt "Toady" off here as i have gotta put my hand up John and say i did link him towards that earlier!!!

linky

At least it was always gonna take over £100 to win anyway so hope i havent cost you a bargain with you being the previous high bidder!!

Confused but excited. - 7/12/07 at 05:20 PM

An Italian guy just paid 58 Euros for a standard, s/hand, tatty, Escort thermostat housing, on fleabay. Plus 30Euros P&P.
You know, the one we all want to get rid of. Usually goes for 0.99p, if you are lucky.
Wonder if he wants to buy a bridge?

Someone sold one of those £55 lolocost S/S silencers with a bit of pipe for 72 quid this week, my grandad allways said there was money in shite.

On the other hand i have seen two 1800 zetec engines sell for 99p and £16 just yesterday.

Nah, I hadn't placed a bid on it, tbh I wouldn't have gone much more than the £40 it was sat at, your never quite sure of the history of second hand oil components, engine blow ups etc........

Wonder who that could be ?

Yours alfaZILspeed...

Dont worry, I wasn't bidder 3. Think I'd prefer a new one as the life of the engine depends on it.
