Not that i am a very synical and unbelieving person BUT... after the last lost discs fiassco i am now thinking someone is getting big back handers for this info to be lost.

We will have to see as to wether the theft of classy cars goes up in the next few months over there.

I agree - when I was a municipal employee I always thought this attitude of viewing the public as "customers" was stupid as unlike business - the main difference is you never want to see your customer again if you are municipaality, as they are just a distraction, so any dealings should be unpleasant enough to discourage them coming back but good enough to see that all their requirements are met the first time so they don't come back
