When im using skype at the moment i keep getting a green line down the screen of the person who i am talking to? Has anyone had any problems with SKYPE like this?

You probably have a broken intel graphics driver.

You might want to bin Skype and get Voipcheap, it's MUCH cheaper than Skype.....
