Some of you may have noticed my signature for ScottishMini.co.uk and have been meaning to post the reason
for a few months
This is our Mini that was bought as a project for my 14 year old son (the first locost is my 17 year olds project). Bought car
for £100. Its a 1979 850 with a genuine 38,000 on the clock backed up by a mountain of paperwork. So far we have got everything to repair it exept a
quarter panel. Hopefully it will be on the road by the summer.
At a rough count this is my 25th Mini
The good side!
Ouch
One gauge is good enough
My first Mini. 1982 Aged 15

If you are interested the story of the car is here Scottishmini.co.uk
Thanks for looking
Ronnie.

Cool. looks like a good project for a 14yo. Wish my dad let me do something like that at that age

He's gonna have good fun with that!
I was looking around at Minis when I bought my Polo but there was no chance of me spending £600 on something that needed eff loads of welding.
One of my mates has a 1979 850 in the same colour and its a nippy little thing even 5 up! Although the speedo reads 55mph at 30 for some reason!
