I ordered a christmas present (a small tool) from frost on wednesday afternoon/night using there online shop - and it arrived this morrning
I've always had good service from them before, but this was extra quick considerng the time of year - and I didn't even tell them I needed
it quick (other than paying for next day delivery - which I only did so it wouldn't get stuck in 1st class post)
(I should add that I've nothing to do with the company - just a happy customer)

Why does'nt anyone praise the post office? it's them who get it there on time

I bought from Amazon and paid for tracked next day delivery before 1300. It arrived at 1100 from Fife, about 300 miles. It must have come down by helicopter.
Downside of Frost is they are more than a "wee bitty on the dear side" --- ie a supplier of last resort.
I use http://www.agriemach.com/ for odd specialist tools.

I could bet my left nut that it wasn't Her Majesty's finest that delivered mcerd1's package - Anyone else had stuff go missing that's been posted for Xmas this year?
Being suggested that you use nothing but special delivery as it's logged in the system at the counter and tracked so harder for it to 'get mislaid'...![]()
My late father-in-law was a postie for 20 years - He'd be turning in his grave at the state of it now.
