welding supplier

I have a SIP migmate 130 and i burnt away the tip and part of the swan neck.

3 SIP agents i spoke to told me the part was not available for my model of MIG, i would have to buy a whole new torch for between £50 and £60.

A bit of searching later i joined a mig welding forum and contacted a guy called Steve at Weldquip via U2U and he has been in the business for 20 years and is such a helpfull guy.

He stocks the component parts of the torch and at extremely competetive prices.

He has no WWW just an old fashioned trade counter but can be contacted via This forum
User name is weldquip. or contact via email on welders@supanet.com

Highly recommended, i ordered at 4pm and they arrived 1st class post the next day.

He carries spares for all sorts of machines well worth a shot.

Top bloke he is, the only contact I've had with him was asking advice about what diameter wire to use on a certain job.

He sent me a few .6 tips the next day, free...

If you need any welding supplies, from tips to welders, ask Weldequip first, he's a welder first, salesman last

Yup. I found that same person via Ebay.
2nd the good service. Ordered a new PTFE liner and some other bits + pieces for my MIG and they came within a couple of days (might have even been next day). Great service and good communications...

He's not far from me, he's at Pinxton and has an ebay shop. I've fetched stuff from him but never bought from his ebay.
