Can anyone suggest what day is best to take a couple of oldies to?

Yes, I've been a couple of times. For my money, better than the Festival of Speed, because you see some real racing with interesting cars, not just individual casrs whizzing past your face!

Sunday is the most expensive and has only races (from memory); Saturday has some practices and some races and may be the best compromise

Seen it on the box - the drivers really race those old cars, and sometimes crash them - they're not mucking around, and trying hard to win.

I'd love to go there... maybe one day.

We go every year......other half stays there from Thursday to Sunday evening....

Brilliant time...... Friday is practice day, but everything is going on around the track as per Saturday and Sunday.........

I am sure it will be enjoyed on any of the 3 days.....
