Not miserable Caterham owning nice people!
chrsgrain - 9/2/08 at 05:53 PM

Hi all,

Out for a drive today - all going well, then the thing just died - I think its electrical. Anyhow, waiting for a tow back home, when a bloke pulled up in his shiny Caterham and asked if there was anything he could help with... which was nice... so they aren't all Caterham owning B$%&^rds!

Maybe he wanted you to think he was a locostbuilder and not a caterham owner

Mr Whippy - 9/2/08 at 07:33 PM

you should have asked him if he wanted to swap

one tried to come past me in the kitten this afternoon so i spanked him up to 90mph then backed off to give him a wave as he passed and he looked like i,d pissed on his kids most kit owners are a good laugh and i always end up talking nutsack with them when they come in for test apart from caterham and cobra owners who are in my experience a bunch of chrome polishing stuck up twats imo

There's some good'uns out there...just as there are also some good porsche owners..

IMHO, The twats are actually in the minority. Trouble is, they're the most vocal and obvious...

Guy I work with had a Caterham until he needed the cash for his mortgage deposit. Nicest person you could ever hope to meet and in no way up his own orifice.

My son's friend has/had a Caterham - very nice lad to talk to. Knew 3/5ths of sod all about how a car works, but he did enjoy his driving and was always pleasant.
