Went to Margate today. They turned the sand's into a motocross circuit for the weekend. Some good racing from quad's and bike's in the sunny weather, well done to the local council for allowing such an event in the off season.

I was in Blackpool last weekend where they had a rally on the promenade and the a special stage in the Pontins in the afternoon. It was a brilliant
days entertainment.. a tad cold but we wrapped up warm and the sun was shineing.
There was some descent cars there aswell, a couple of Metro 6R4's plenty of scoobies, evo's and MkII escorts, then a fair mix of FWD cars
and most suprisingly a Ex Michelle Mouton SWB Quattro doing demo runs and an Ex WRC Hyundai Asscent competeing!.
It looked like it brough some well needed life to the place, Blackpools like a ghost town at this time of year!.
I went there a couple of years ago and even though it wasn't terribly exciting 'cos o fhte weather, it was actually a really good day
out!
