Anyone know how difficult it is to change the bearings on a Hotpoint Aquarius WD440, and how it comes apart?
Thanks
I haven't change bearing in that model, but its fairly straight forward.
you will need to take the back off, from there it simple and will be self explanatory
complete front off,tub assy.out and split into two halves.drum out check shaft and change bearings

Whippy its what I do for the day job. They have moved on.Very few if any are like your old AEG and most likely your next AEG will have moved to this type of build
oh great
they used to be a doddle, typical
Many thanks chaps, it is my daughters, and about 15 miles away, thats what she thinks has happened to it but it is only about 2 months out of warranty. The last one I took right to pieces had to come out of the top.
