Looking for a helping hand chaps, I've tried looking on Rockingham's webpage for details of the ASCAR V8 series and the race dates for 2008. I am, I admit, not the sharpest tool in the cabinet so if anyone can point me at an appropriate kink to wherte I might find this information out I'd be most grateful

We have linked up with the SCSA (Stock Car Speed Association) and have a branded car racing in the V8 Trophy series to raise money for our charity. The car is the UK version of the American NASCAR as seen in the film Days Of Thunder and will be racing at the Rockingham Motor Speedway in Corby, Northamptonshire on Sunday’s April 29th , June 24th, July 22nd , August 19th and September 16th.

I've had another look around the web (helps when you don;t look for these things at 1.00 a.m., you can concentrate properly!) and due to some sort of difference between Rockingham circuit and the series organisers, the V8s, formerly ASCARs, will not be appearing this year at 'The Rock', but will be taking to the circuits and will be called The VSR Series.
