I have a Baxi 105e combi boiler.
I am suspecting the usual pcb problem.
I have heating but the hot water fails intermittently, when it does the fan led flashes.
This fault is linked to a flue related fault but as I say the heating works fine.
I have checked the water inlet filter and the water flow is very good.
Has anyone had any experience with a fault like this.
Cheers.
Steve.

Ihad very similar fault. It was the diaphragm seal in the diverter valve. Small hole in it.
In summary when your heating is on the system is heated and pumped round etc, when you want hot water the diverter valve switches from central heating
to hot water. If the diaphragm is starting to fail then sometimes you get hot water and sometimes you dont. It an come out hot for a while then go
cold on you (basically its going back to central heating mode).
Tok me ages to suss mine out as there wasnt a sequence for it. All i realised was that everytime the hot water went cold the central heating came back
on.
Hope this helps you diagnose yours.
BTW the seals were approx £6 iirc - a rip off but cheaper than replacing full parts.
