There must be someone who can help with this one or who knows a man who can. I have the opportunity to come back to UK for a short(ish) time to set up an engineering/manufacturing company making automotive/motorcycle components.
At the moment nothing has been done in terms of creating companies etc and I need some advice as to the best way of doing this job. I guess what I need is a good accountant with experience of European tax law and creative accounting. Any pointers?

Their are dedicated companies that can help set up and register a business a quick google will give you loads of sites to have a look at
