got my new fairing yesterday for my 125, yes I know it’s not car related... but I can't do my cars till this is done so there 
anyway the handle bars are not going to work so I need a new one, prob is none of the ones I can see to buy are even close so I was going to make a
template out of copper pipe and then use that to get a steel one.
Can anyone help with bending a 22mm pipe 1.5-2mm thickness about 2 foot long?

Best way for tube as thick as that is to sand bend. Easy done at home with an oxy-acetylene torch and a BIG nozzle.
Having said that there are simply loads of different shapes of bars available. What have you done to this poor motorbike to make it impossible to find
bars that will fit?

it kind off fits but the handle bars are rather weird

google may exaplin better but the idea is to fill the tube with dry sand and bung up the ends so the tube does not collapse.
there has gotta be loads of aftermarket bar out there but then again maybe not one that is like you want and right size.

CG125 - my first bike!! 
Fill tube with dry sand. Bung ends. Heat and bend by hand.
Fine builders sand is OK. Dry it first in the oven. Radius of bend determined by area heated. Big heat resistant gloves needed. Don't nick her
oven gloves.
I've just seen the fairing you've bought. I hadn't realised you were transforming a CG125 into a GP bike! What you want for that is a
set of "ace" bars. I'll have a rummage.
