Now, this is a purely hypothetical question, your Honour, but should I happen to download a torrent of a film that then, unknown to me at the start, has a password, is there an easy cracking tool out there somewhere? Not that I'd ever condone such naughty evil acts of course! But, you know, just in case like.

Yup. Well, potentially!

Search for the torrent on mininova, if it's passworded, usually someone will post the password in the "comments" section.

In my experience if it's passworded it's usually some idiot trying to make money out of it somewhere along the line, I just delete and download a different torrent.

If there is an info doc with the rars will probably be inside there :-)
