oh but think of the weight you'd save with that missing fork, you could eat an extra doughnut an still weigh the same as your did on your old bike, isn’t technology amazing!?

Still heavier than a unicycle though

I worked for the company some years ago and actually have a bike with a similar fork (Lefty - as its called). It is much more rigid than most double forks, amazing... Cannondale forks are simply the best in my experience...

It's always struck me that if that's really rigid having another fork leg would be even better. Don't like the mechanics of using a telescopic damper with a side bending force like that.

I once had a very expensive specialized bike stolen and the cop who came round couldn't believe the cost. He said you could buy a car for that. £2000 about ten years ago when I was rich and shameless.
