Ok, which fool did I see in a blue seven esque vehicle this morning going up towards Frankie and Bennys just off Junction 27 of the M62. Only had side screens up and a little benny hat for protection and it was lashing it down big time. Stuck in a tailback that was at least 2 miles long aswell. nightmare?!?

Bet it had filled up like a bath by the time he got anywhere.
